Privacy Notice

Voxtua is operated by Redirect Ventures Inc. (“Voxtua”, “we”, “us”). Voxtua is a voice service, in development, that lets callers reach an organization’s customer-service agent by phone. This notice explains how we handle personal information when you visit voxtua.ai or contact us.

1. Our two roles

When we act for ourselves. For visitors to our website, people who contact us, and the business contacts of our prospects, partners and vendors, we decide how personal information is used. This notice covers that information.

When we act for our customers. When Voxtua is available, organizations will use it to answer calls from their own customers. We will process that information, such as phone numbers and call content, on the organization’s behalf and under our contract with it, as a service provider, and the organization’s own privacy notice will govern it. We will update this notice before that processing begins.

2. Information we collect

• Information you send us. If you email us, we receive your name, email address and anything you include in your message.
• Business contact information. Names, job titles, business email addresses and phone numbers of people at our prospects, partners and vendors, which they give us or which we receive in the ordinary course of business.
• Technical information. When you visit voxtua.ai, our hosting provider (Google Firebase Hosting) receives standard request data such as your IP address, browser type and the pages requested, and keeps it in server logs. The site loads fonts from Google Fonts, which also receives your IP address.

Our website does not use cookies, analytics or advertising trackers.

3. How we use information

We use personal information to:

• respond to your inquiries and communicate with you;
• manage our business relationships;
• secure our website and systems, and detect and prevent abuse; and
• comply with law and enforce our agreements.

4. How we share information

We share personal information only:

• with service providers that host, operate or support our business (for example, cloud hosting and email), under contracts that limit their use of it to providing services to us;
• within Redirect Ventures, the company that operates Voxtua and its sister products, for the purposes above;
• for legal reasons, when required by valid legal process, or to protect the rights, safety and security of Voxtua or others; and
• in a business transfer, such as a merger or acquisition, subject to this notice.

We do not sell personal information, and we do not share it for cross-context behavioral advertising.

5. Retention

We keep personal information only as long as needed for the purposes above, or as required by law, and then delete it.

6. Security

We protect personal information with administrative, technical and physical safeguards appropriate to its sensitivity. No system is perfectly secure.

7. Your rights

Depending on where you live, you may have the right to know what personal information we have about you and get a copy, to correct it, and to delete it, and not to be discriminated against for exercising these rights. To make a request, email hello@redirectventures.ai. We will verify your request in proportion to the information involved and respond within the time the law requires.

8. Children

Voxtua is for businesses and is not directed to children. We do not knowingly collect personal information from children under 13.

9. Where we process information

Voxtua is based in the United States, and we store and process personal information in the United States.

10. Changes

We may update this notice. We will post the new version here with a new “Last updated” date.
