Website Terms of Use

These are preliminary terms for Voxtua’s pre-launch website. They will be replaced before Voxtua is offered to customers.

Voxtua is operated by Redirect Ventures Inc. (“Voxtua”, “we”, “us”). These terms govern your use of voxtua.ai and any other website we operate for Voxtua that links to them (the “Site”). By using the Site, you agree to these terms. If you do not agree, do not use the Site.

1. The Site and the Voxtua service

The Site provides information about Voxtua, which is in development. Use of the Voxtua service, when it is available, will be governed by a separate written agreement between us and each customer. If that agreement conflicts with these terms, the agreement controls.

2. Our content

The Site and its content, including text, graphics and logos, belong to Redirect Ventures Inc. or its licensors and are protected by intellectual property laws. You may view and share the Site for informational purposes. You may not copy, modify or distribute its content for commercial purposes, or use Voxtua’s name or logos, without our written permission.

3. Acceptable use

You must not:

use the Site in violation of any law;
attempt to gain unauthorized access to the Site or the systems behind it, or interfere with its operation;
scrape or harvest content or data from the Site by automated means, except as allowed by our robots.txt; or
misrepresent your affiliation with Voxtua.

4. Information you send us

If you send us ideas, suggestions or other feedback, you agree that we may use them without obligation to you. Our handling of personal information is described in our Privacy Notice.

5. Third-party links

The Site may link to sites we do not control. We are not responsible for their content or practices.

6. Disclaimers

THE SITE IS PROVIDED “AS IS” AND “AS AVAILABLE”, WITHOUT WARRANTIES OF ANY KIND, WHETHER EXPRESS OR IMPLIED, INCLUDING WARRANTIES OF MERCHANTABILITY, FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE AND NON-INFRINGEMENT. Information on the Site, including descriptions of features in development, is for general purposes only and may change without notice.

7. Limitation of liability

TO THE FULLEST EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, REDIRECT VENTURES INC. WILL NOT BE LIABLE FOR ANY INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, CONSEQUENTIAL OR PUNITIVE DAMAGES, OR ANY LOSS OF PROFITS, DATA OR GOODWILL, ARISING FROM YOUR USE OF THE SITE. OUR TOTAL LIABILITY FOR ANY CLAIM RELATING TO THE SITE WILL NOT EXCEED ONE HUNDRED US DOLLARS (US$100).

8. Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of the State of Washington, without regard to its conflict-of-laws rules. Any dispute relating to the Site will be brought in the state or federal courts located in King County, Washington, and you consent to their jurisdiction.

9. Changes

We may update these terms by posting a new version on the Site with a new “Last updated” date. Continued use of the Site after a change means you accept the updated terms.
